“After first seeing the Novacorr advert in the paper I requested an in home demonstration for one of their custom made sleeping chairs.  Having worked for the Consumer Association for many years, I have an eye for great customer service.  When the Novacorr consultant first arrived, I immediately felt at ease and at no point put under any pressure to buy. Having had major surgery on my lower spine, I found it difficult to sit for any length of time.  I continually had to get up and move to relieve the pain in my back.  Now having had the Novacorr Chair for a few months, I can honestly say I am able to sit and watch TV for over 3 hours without having to readjust myself because of the pain.  I am very thankful to find a chair that will give me extra time.

Going The Extra Mile

I purchased a 4’6″ Double Health bed over the phone.  The boys from Novacorr drove all the way from Caloundra and delivered it to my unit in Gladstone within a week.  They were very polite and helpful and did not leave until I was totally comfortabel with my bed.  I would recommend Novacorr Healthcare to all my friends.

Honored to Serve

My wife and I purchased an electric bed from a high street store but we had problems with them from day one.  A few months later we visited the Novacorr showroom, where we were able to view all of their bed range and have them demonstrated to us.  We eventually opted to buy 2 King Single Beds which joined together to make a Super King Size Bed.  The sales consultant was also able to offer us a range fo mattresses including a Latex mattress with Memory foam on top which we also purchased.  I would highly recommend Novacorr to everyone.  Their consultant was all too happy to provide answers to any of our concerns and was not pushy in any way.

Custom Comfort

Both my husband and I have great difficulty when getting in and out of our lounge chairs.  When Adrian visited our home to demonstrate the Novacorr Tilt-n-Lift Chair, we both found it to be very easy to operate.

The greatest difficulty we now have is not falling asleep in it when we watch TV.

The chairs were custom made to measure and the choice of fabrics on offer was fantastic.  We have even received a call from them to make sure all was OK, what fantastic customer service!
